Basic Rental Information
- All requests must be filed 3 weeks in advance
- All reservations are subject to contract and insurance requirements (PDF)

Cancellation and Change of Date Policy
If the need arises to postpone or cancel your reserved event please review below for possible surcharges.
- With 4 week notice of cancellation, 50% facility refund.
- Under 4 week notice of cancellation, no refund.
- Date change, 50% facility service charge

Additional Facility Costs
- To schedule an event during a non scheduled work day will incur an additional fee of $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
- To schedule an event on a Sunday or Holiday will incur an additional fee of $40 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
