Basic Rental Information

  • All requests must be filed 3 weeks in advance
  • All reservations are subject to contract and insurance requirements (PDF)
  • Included features:
    • Wireless Internet Connectivity
    • Multimedia Capabilities
    • Access to fax machine and copier
    • Referral to local catering establishments

Cancellation and Change of Date Policy

If the need arises to postpone or cancel your reserved event please review below for possible surcharges. 

  • With 4 week notice of cancellation, 50% facility refund.
  • Under 4 week notice of cancellation, no refund.
  • Date change, 50% facility service charge

Additional Facility Costs

  • To schedule an event during a non scheduled work day will incur an additional fee of $30 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
  • To schedule an event on a Sunday or Holiday will incur an additional fee of $40 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
